How quickly can you find tenants for my property?
On average, we place qualified tenants within 21-30 days. However, this can vary based on property condition, location, time of year, and market conditions. Our marketing strategies are designed to minimize vacancy periods.
How do you screen potential tenants?
We follow standard screening practices including credit checks, income verification, employment history, rental history, criminal background checks, and eviction history. However, we understand that each property owner has different preferences. We can customize our tenant screening process based on your personal preferences, which can be discussed during our consultation.
How do you handle maintenance issues?
We offer 24/7 maintenance response through our tenant portal and phone system. We have a network of licensed, insured contractors who provide quality work at competitive rates. For issues under $500, we handle them immediately; larger repairs require owner approval.
How and when do I receive my rental income?
Owner disbursements are processed between the 10th-15th of each month via direct deposit. You'll receive detailed statements showing rent collected, any expenses, and your net proceeds.
